Note:  IF MASC has FIVE students to attend as a state delegation, registration is $299 per person regardless of membership.

MASC can ONLY go as a state delegation if there are five students

$159 – Single/Double Occupancy plus 17.4% tax x two nights = $373.32 / two = $186.66 per person

$179 – Quad Occupancy plus 17.4% tax x two nights / four = $105.07 per person

HOTEL: The MASC executive director will book rooms based on parental permission – there is no guarantee that a student can be four in a room.  Depending on the gender of the registrants, the MASC executive director will reach out to other states to see if room sharing is a possibility to help lower the costs.  (Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, 301 E North Water Street, Chicago)

Airfare:  MASC will recommend round-trip flights on Southwest.  Students/parents would book their flight (many have accumulated airline miles).  If students are on different airlines, we would set a meeting time at the Chicago Midway International Airport on Friday, January 31st.

On or before December 14th – students interested in going with the MASC Delegation should complete the “seriously interested” Google Form.

December 15th – Mrs. Crawford, MASC Acting Executive Director, will notify interested students if we have a minimum of five students for a state delegation.

December 16th – complete this COMMITMENT FORM (real signatures), then upload the signed flyer to this COMMITMENT Google form and send a copy of your registration check to Mrs. Crawford.
