Bio: Madelynn is a senior at Huntingtown high school and an active member in her school county and state student government! She is the president of her county and school student government and looks forward to serving as the masc operations director. Madelynn is also a member of her schools national honor society.

Bio: Erin is a Junior at River Hill High School and an active member in Howard county’s student government. He currently serves as the president of his county student government and is looking forward to improving MASC events through his role as evaluation coordinator!



 

Daniel Cornitcher
Joppatown High School
Harford County

Parliamentarian


Bio: Daniel Cornitcher is a Junior at Joppatowne High School in Harford County’s PTECH program, pursuing an Associate of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Harford Community College that will be earned before his high school graduation. Daniel has a passion for Addressing injustices and critical issues facing today and tomorrow. From his work as a member of the Outreach team of the youth founded and ran the non-profit Global Compromise Collective. Where he routinely reaches out to politicians, assists with acquiring partners, and recruits new members to help the organization monitor and fight political polarization on a global scale. To his work towards increasing higher education accessibility via tutoring foreign high schoolers and college students in English allowing them to pursue post-secondary education in the Anglo-sphere unlocking dozens of opportunities for them. He has also served a term as the Harford County Regional Association of Student Councils’ Charitable Activities Coordinator, where he both taught students effective fundraising skills, but also assisted HCRASC in securing necessary funding for the future. Daniel consistently works towards creating a more diverse, educated, and tolerant environment through advocacy and teaching others.



Siya Jain

Bio: Siya Jain (she/her) is a freshman at Chesapeake Science Point Public Charter School in Anne Arundel County. Her passion for student government began in sixth grade, when she attended her first MASC Conference. In her eighth grade year, Siya served as MASC’s 2nd Vice President, where she worked to increase middle school involvement and interest in the organization and student leadership opportunities. Within the Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils (CRASC), Siya has previously served as the Middle School Coordinator, and most recently, an Outreach Coordinator. In her spare time, Siya enjoys listening to music, watching comedy TV shows, and exploring new places.



Hali Duong
Richard Montgomery High School
Montgomery County

Student Workshop Coordinator


Bio: Hali Duong (she/her) is a junior at Richard Montgomery High School in Montgomery County, where she is enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program. This is her second year involved with MASC and her first year serving as Appointed Staff. Outside of MASC, Hali serves as the Chief of Staff for the Montgomery County Regional Student Government Association (MCR-SGA) and is an active member of her school’s SGA. As an SWC, Hali is excited to empower students with the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful change!



Samantha Morris
Perry Hall High School
Baltimore County

Student Workshop Coordinator


Bio: Samantha is a senior at Perry Hall High School in Baltimore County. At her school, she is involved in Colorguard as a captain, the mock trial team as a defense attorney, and a member on the Field Hockey team. She serves in a similar position on her county student council executive board, as a Student Workshop Coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching true crime documentaries. She is excited for such a great senior year with her favorite people!



James McVicker
Harford Technical High School
Harford County

Technical Operations Coordinator


Bio: James (Trae) McVicker is a Junior at Harford Technical High School studying Cyber Security. In MASC, this is his second year as the Technical Operations Coordinator, ensuring that the MASC website is updated and that the live streamed meetings are flawless. At the Harford County Regional Association of Student Councils, James has served as the Parliamentarian, MASC Liaison, Chief of Staff, and was recently elected President! In school, James is apart of the Cyber Security program and serves as the SGA Vice-President while also running Track and Field and being a part of his schools Cyber-Patriot Team. James aims to continue growing MASC’s website and improving our live-streamed events.
