The Convention has a NEW look for 2025.  Using three walkable hotels, all activities will take place at the spacious Ocean City Convention Center!

PLEASE NOTE: MASC event registration is the sole responsibility of the school SGA advisor as an authorized agent of the school. Students or their parents may NOT carry out the online registration.

Advisor Q&A Session – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 3

• Listening to a nationally recognized motivational speaker
• Grade-level workshop with the motivational speaker

• Networking with student leaders from across the state

Early Bird Registration: Dec. 1, 2024 – closes at 11:59 p.m., Jan. 10, 2025
Regular Registration: January 11, 2025 – closes at 11:59 p.m., Feb. 7, 2025

Convention Cost (not hotel): Includes conference venue space, two breakfasts, one lunch, one plated dinner, two evening snacks, recreational activities, on-site nurse at the convention center, motivational speaker, convention tee shirt, and other behind-the-scenes conference contracts and expenses.
Early Bird: $265 per person (registration fee must be paid by 11:59 p.m., February 7, 2025, to receive the early bird reduced registration fee)
Regular Registration:  $285 per person (MASC requests that the registration fee be paid by March 10, 2025.  MASC has contracts to pay before the actual event!  Payment issues, reach out to the MASC registrar)
Emergency Plans: Hotel emergency plans are posted in every room.  The Convention Center emergency plan will be in the event app and will be reviewed during the opening session of the convention.

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY- Convention early bird registration is open, however, the hotel reservation process has been delayed by about a week.  The GOOD NEWS is that the delay is due to a change in reservation procedures that will make it much easier for advisors to navigate.   We appreciate your patience!
