Bio: Katelynn Gaumer is a sophomore at Allegany High School in Allegany County. She is connecting the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC) to Division One during her term as the Division One Liaison. In addition to her involvement as Division One Liaison, Katelynn is actively involved in other leadership groups and clubs in her school. She is a member of the student government and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), as well as serving as the Class of 2028 President in her school. She is also a member of the Symphonic, Jazz, and Full orchestra ensembles in her school.
Aside from her academic activities, Katelynn enjoys connecting to the community in numerous ways. She is a part of her school’s Track and Field team, where she competes in the throwing events of shot put and discus. She is also a volunteer coach for the Cumberland City Marbles Team, where she organizes and plans different team practices, activities, and fundraisers. In addition to her coaching of the marbles team, she is also a junior coach for the local middle school dance team.
Bio: Temidire Oluboyo is a Senior at Governor Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick County. She is actively involved in several student organizations both within and outside of her school. She serves as Vice President of the Student Government Association, a council member of the National Honor Society, a Student Ambassador for No Place for Hate, and a member of the varsity Mock Trial team, among others. Additionally, Temi serves as the Superintendent’s Cup Coordinator for the Frederick County Association of Student Councils (FCASC), and is a member of the 2025 Candidate Hall of Fame for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Aside from academics and leadership, Temi has played volleyball at a national level for over three years, traveling around the country to compete at tournaments. She is very excited working closely with students within Division Two and promoting involvement within the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC).
Bio: Reilly Skinner is a senior at C. Milton Wright High School, where he is part of the Project Lead The Way Engineering pathway. He has been involved in student government since 8th grade, serving three years as a class delegate and currently as Chief of Staff for C. Milton’s Student Government Association. This past year, he has been more involved with the Harford County Regional Association of Student Councils, where he served on the Student Voice Committee.
Reilly got involved in student government because he believes every student deserves to be heard, included, and empowered. He enjoys connecting with students and helping them find their voice in leadership.
Outside of Student Government, Reilly pole vaults for the track and field team. He also enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and rewatching his favorite shows. He is active in the music program at C. Milton where he is currently President of the Tri-M Music Honor Society and a Drum Major in their marching band. Reilly plans to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering after high school and continue supporting student leadership and advocacy wherever life takes him.
Bio: Alzina Jones is a senior at Frederick Douglass High School in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She proudly serves as the Division 4 Liaison for the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC) and is the President of the Prince George’s Regional Association of Student Governments (PGRASG). where she leads with a focus on student voice, equity, and engagement.
Alzina has years of experience advocating on behalf of students, working on initiatives related to mental health, access, and leadership development. She’s passionate about empowering others, building inclusive communities, and creating spaces where every student feels heard and valued.
She’s excited to be representing Division 4, connecting students across the state, and continuing to make an impact through her work with MASC.
Bio: Maximo is a junior who is curious about the wonders of the Maryland Association of Student Councils and ready to push the boundaries of this organization. But he is not just in the student council, he is head of set construction and design in his high school theatre production, the alto saxophone soloist in his high school jazz band, founder of an environmental club, and a data analyst with multiple small businesses.
