“Nomination forms must be filed to the Executive Director(s) via Google Form by 11:59 p.m., Friday, February 7, 2025. If no applications are filed for a specific office, the office will re-open for one week and nomination forms will be due by 11:59 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2025.”
Qualified student leaders interested in running for a MASC office should carefully read all of the qualifications, review the 2025-2026 draft calendar (time commitment), and discuss transportation arrangements with parents. Although our executive board meetings also have a virtual option, it is expected that officers attend meetings in person.
The application requires signatures from parents and school officials, so please allow ample time for those adults to read and review your papers.
Candidates are also encouraged to attend the virtual February 9, 2025, Executive Board meeting to be introduced. Be sure to register by February 6th.
If you have any questions, please email executive director Karen.Crawford@mdstudentcouncils.org) BEFORE the deadline – PLAN AHEAD!
Congratulations to the 2024-2025 MASC officers-elect. All of the candidates did an excellent job and MASC will be proud to have them serve the students of Maryland in an appointed staff position. (Press release)
Please read the officers-elects resumes and personal statements to learn more about them.
