Bio: Paige McAllister is a senior in the Science & Math Academy at Aberdeen High School in Harford County. Paige is serving as the Chief of Staff for the Harford County Regional Association of Student Councils (HCRASC). She started her student leadership journey in eighth grade and has served as MASC’s Social Media Manager and the MASC Liaison for HCRASC.
Paige also serves as the Northeast Vice President of MD Future Business Leaders of America. Finally, Paige is the Band President for Aberdeen High School, a nationally recognized competition band in multiple categories. In Paige’s last year of MASC, she has been strengthening MASC’s online presence and improving our communication efforts.
Bio: Kasey Capili is a junior at Meade High School. He currently serves as the Secretary of Communication for the Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils (CRASC), where he maintains the organization’s online presence and manages its Communications Department. At Meade High School, Kasey proudly serves as Executive Student Council President, representing each Meade High Mustang.
Kasey’s leadership journey began toward the end of his freshman year when he was elected to become Class Vice President and later appointed as a CRASC Communications Liaison. Since then, he has expanded his involvement across the school, county, and state levels, working to strengthen student leadership opportunities.
Beyond student council, Kasey is passionate about the performing arts. Whether participating in plays or musical productions, he enjoys spending his time on stage and using theater as a way to express himself. Through both leadership and the arts, Kasey aims to make a positive impact on those around him. As the MASC Secretary, Kasey works to ensure that student leaders have access to information, opportunities, and a platform to make their voices heard.

Bio: Mikayla Torres (she/her) is a junior at Urbana High School in Frederick County. She began her leadership journey at Urbana Middle School’s Student Government Association (SGA) four years ago, leading her to become a member of Action in Middle School (AIMS) in MASC. Within Urbana High School, Mikayla also serves as the Frederick County Association of Student Council (FCASC) Representative.
Beyond MASC, Mikayla is a Team Lead for Urbana’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter, recognized as the largest chapter in Maryland. Additionally, she’s a Student Ambassador for Save-Drop, a nonprofit organization that focuses on preserving water by using recirculation pumps.
As MASC’s Social Media Manager, Mikayla is working to incorporate more diversity within MASC’s social media presence and highlight the students who work behind the scenes.
