Barnes & Scott Youth At Law – Statewide Leadership Opportunities

Barnes & Scott Youth At Law, a youth-led Maryland 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on creating pathways for high school students into law, public policy, and civic governance, is recruiting student leaders from across Maryland.

Open Positions:

  • Chief Programming Officer (CPO): Help lead the development and execution of statewide youth programs, workshops, events, partnerships, and impact evaluation.
  • Engagement Working Group Members: Support student outreach and recruitment, engagement initiatives, mentorship and peer support, alumni relations, and volunteer coordination.

Selected students will have opportunities to work alongside attorneys, paralegals, judges, elected officials, and civic leaders while developing leadership and professional skills.
