2026 National VISION Conference!

The VISION National Conference for Student Council Leaders is now a program of the National Association of State Student Council Executive Directors (NASSCED).

MASC is thrilled to chaperone a small delegation to the National Vision Leadership Conference!
This year’s conference will be hosted by the Georgia Association of Student Councils (GASC) at Seckinger High School, in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Seckinger High School opened its doors in the fall of 2022, so it is basically a new school in Buford, Georgia. The school has an artificial intelligence theme, with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science curricula to prepare students for careers in technology-related sectors. The school offers four different career-based sets of classes: advanced sciences and technology, international and civic leadership, art and design, or a personalized hybrid track. The school enrollment is approximately 2,320 students.
An advisor must register students as part of a school or state delegation. The MASC delegation will arrive on participate in the pre-conference social on Monday, June 21, 2027, and leave the day the conference ends on Thursday, June 24, 2027.

Note: Conference registration is $250/person and includes conference materials, t-shirt, and lunch + dinner during the conference (breakfast is at the conference hotels). Participants are responsible for transportation to/from Buford, hotel accommodations, and any optional pre/post conference activities/excursions. During the conference, GASC will provide bus transportation between official conference hotels and Seckinger High School; any delegation that chooses to stay somewhere other than a designated conference hotel will be responsible for their own transportation.
