MD Civic Education Coalition  – The Youth Advisory Council

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) serves as a platform for students from across Maryland to participate in service and leadership activities. 

Together, they advocate for increased civic education and engagement opportunities through events like the Maryland Civic Education & Engagement Leadership Summit, Constitution Day events, and meetings with policymakers. 

YAC meets virtually every month and plans several in-person events each year.
