Maryland Student Advisory Council (MSAC) – Maryland State Department of Education Application Deadline: September 14, 2026 The Maryland Student Advisory Council gives Maryland public school students the opportunity to share their perspectives on education policy directly with the State Superintendent of Schools and serve as liaisons between students and the Maryland State Department of Education.
